Henry Ford was a busy boy, probably competing with his friend Tom Edison for invention supremacy! Those electric train lines are a very real presence in the Detroit area, especially in San and Alan's railroad property. Are they all over the country, or just here? Or was the attachment from lines near you? Of course, they're not used anymore, but no one has had the courage to tear them down in Allen Park. Historians would really cry foul about that. mw
Miles of miles of these unique concrete structures that once supported wires for carrying electricity to Henry Ford's 5000 hp electric locomotive engine. The train was used on this track to carry parts and product between Ford's LaRoche and Dearborn auto plants.
